Strength and Fitness

A workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

A class concentrating on Core training to create a balanced, strong and sculpted trunk.

PILATES

Pilates

Pilates emphasizes your body’s core, the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, butt and so on. Pilates develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and control of the body. Pilates also focuses on creating a healthy body posture and length in the spine.
Pilates focuses on a balance between all the muscles in the body. The overstrained muscles can relax more to release tension and the more weak muscles will be activated and strengthened.

t’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe. The beauty of yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Don’t be intimidated by yoga terminology, fancy yoga studios and complicated poses. Yoga is for everyone.
